ESTIMATED TRANSIT TIMES:

Estimated Delivery Time for most items is: 10-12 USA and 14-21 Days Rest of World from when ordered to delivery depending on your location and product ordered. Some items can arrive sooner than expected and some take a bit longer to produce due to the complex cutting and printing process and geographical region of delivery. Express Shipping (certain items only) can take less time.

Please note that the certain orders can undergo a thorough customs check up that is why there are some delays for international customers. However, we guarantee that the order will be delivered successfully. We utilize manufacturing facilities from various sources around the globe based in USA, China, Germany, France, and Australia so although we're based in the USA your package and shipment may come from one or more of these regions.

I ordered multiple items, why did I only receive one? 

We have multiple manufacturing and distribution sites, some of which only focus on creating specific items. Because of this, it is possible that you may receive an item separately from the rest if you ordered products that come from two different sites. So rest assured if all items from your order do not arrive at once....the rest of your order is on its way! 

MAKING YOUR DELIVERIES SUCCESSFUL:

It is up to the buyer the make sure that their shipping address and product ordered is correct before anything is ordered, or you may not receive your products on time, or they may be returned and WILL include additional shipping fees due to this error. An incorrect address is a customer's input error while placing an order, which Dogs and Wine is not held liable for, so please double check before ordering!!! Please input "ENGLISH SPEAKING TEXT ONLY" when filling out address forms or you may NOT receive your order due to misprinted label error.
